2008: Felt picture

Made using the wet moulding technique of felting, out of 2 different coloured wools.

Each letter individually stitched onto the triple layer of coarse scrim, wool and paper.

2011: Felt, wire and various objects

The main element of this piece is felt, which is made using the wet moulding technique without any stitching, needles or thread. The wire is pierced into and through the felt and various objects inserted and moulded into the wool.

2011: Felt, wire, copper pipes

The felt sculptures are held in the copper pipe frames by wire pierced through them.

Shelter

2011: Ink drawing and print, coarse scrim, wool, rugs, pillows

The drawing can be enjoyed while sitting in a cloud-like pod made of wool stitched onto coarse scrim. It can accommodate 2-3 people at once.

Human-God Cave

2011: Galvanised metal lath, wire, felt, oven-hardening clay

The felt, which is made of 3 different coloured wools moulded, is fixed to the painted galvanised metal lath and pierced through by nails following the pattern of the pre-historic cave carving*.

The Bond

2010: 3 minutes 13 seconds movie accompanied by singing

Photos taken of a particular scene are arranged into a stop motion animation accompanied by the Hungarian folk song: Evening song (Esti dal), collected by Zoltan Kodaly (1882-1967), performed by me.

Felt

2011: Felt, water, Mantra of the Irregular Verbs

The felt sculpture in the corner of an aquarium filled with water is accompanied by the Mantra of the Irregular Verbs printed on a clear acetate placed onto the glass wall of the aquarium.

The Journey of Questions

This piece is an auto-ethnographic visual essay with photos accompanied by a series of questions as narrative.
